I wish I could rate less than 1 star. My package has been in out for delivery status for more than 10 days now and not delivered yet. All numbers are either switched off 24*7 or invalid. Even after registering many complaints, I get a message stating that I am not available for the delivery while I am not even contacted by delivery agent. This is the worst courier service ever.

Ordered in firstcry.com, delivery through xpressbees machilipatnam worst ever service i have seen in india, they don't even call us, and update delivery status as customer not available, and automatically returning products, too lazy illiterate poor service

Worst service. Delivery boys won't even contact you but by the end of the day u will receive the message saying that person declined the delivery. Worst service. This is how they are making the people suffer.

Worst service ever, i see the status of my product as out for delivery for 4days, but still not yet delivered, they didn't even call me and rescheduled the order without my intervention. Fraudulent company. The 1 Star is given only to enable review posting. They don't deserve this also

Majority of my FirstCry orders were served by this courier only. they are very lazy people to deliver the product, so many times they take 5- 7days to deliver the items (baby diapers) and they updated the status as consignee was not available. only 1star because it is the least one to give.
