Delivery agent called me and said I cannot come due to rush there is no way to come to your location. On Thursday 15th December due to SKML temple festive season. So I told him to get it on 16th Friday. But no response from them. When I track the order it shows as status attempted. But they did not deliver my debit card til now. When I called that agent, he said another delivery guy will call you and dropped the call. No one called me till now. I did not receive my card. Worst delivery service by blue dart.

I visited this location to pickup my passport. They offer mailing for domestic as well as international locations. Friendly staff, clean facility but a bit tiny. Instead of calling customer care service, I would recommend going there and speak to the staff in person.
