My parcel was on hold for 2 days with No reason and it was mentioned like "Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery". i wonder how the delivery person got this Prohibited Area reason without even calling atleast once and my parcel was "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location". If the Parcel can't be delivered on time intimate customers with genuine reason.

Fast service and very hygenic. They have managed to make an almost no contact system with customers, and are quite fast in providing service. It is a bit overpriced though, compared to other courier service however it is justified for the superior service they provide also.

Today I have worst experience with them, as we have travel schedule and i Informed them to give by 5 pm, this was intimated on 3 PM after tracking my shipment was received at them. My travel plan was post poned . Due to this I lost my money and un wanted harassment and very embarrassing situation
