If your product is not received and they are unable to locate then raise an alarm yourself rather than waiting. They confirmed order as lost but haven’t even updated the same with Flipkart and do have the confirmation from them. Pathetic would also be an understatement. Baggage handling is worst and customer service is at the lowest core. No consideration of a customer.

Hilarious experience, delivery executive are not ready to deliver order after 6PM.we will be in office till 6 so how can we take order before 6pm I don't understand.. They didn't even notify me before putting unsuccessful delivery attempt. They didn't even come to my address to try deliver, delivery person was asking me to come EKART logistics office and collect order, When I called 6pm he said he will come by 08:00pm and he didn't come , so I called again 08:30pm he said come and collect at office, I said no issues please deliver tomorrow and suddenly I see attempt failure and refund message. Not at all good service by this EKART logistics team, I suggest don't buy anything from Flipkart of you stay in nearby marunji Due to delivery person mistake my order was cancelled by Flipkart due unsuccessful delivery attempt One more thing they don't even have contact number too

Hobbies two minutes way from Main Road will maintain and clean place supportive staff for service. Ekart logistics is higher on side. Usually waiting time is higher for finding a person from the hub.

It’s been two days since my package is at their hub but it hasn’t been delivered yet! No one called or reached the location to deliver but sent a message of unsuccessful delivery attempt! Worst experience!
