They didn't attempt my delivery, sent a message that it'll be delivered in 3 days and then sent the order to Hyderabad motherhub, in between all this they didn't even call once to make any arrangements to pickup these guys are even worst than DTDC, always use delhivery,bluedart, india post. Ekart is as useless as it's parent company Flipkart i contacted them as i couldn't find ekart delivery customer care no. They said they can't help me the management is terrible

Worst service ever faced. Flipkart return request is continuously rejecting by this WORST courier agency, saying incomplete address. Few day back the same agency given delivery at same address. Moreover sending rejection messages on their own with contacting me even a single time. Really THE WORST SERVICE. If they don't know address, better close the shutters and go home.

Excellent service ya I know so many people rated it down because of late but my one came 2 days earlier and today 9th may Sunday i was waiting and at last I was thinking they will not deliver but when I called the delivery person he responded well and he told me that he will come at 4:00om and after 4:08pm I recieved my order very fast ...
