But suddenly in the evening I get another message from my bank that the courier attempt to deliver the card was failed due to faulty address. My banker asked me to go to the nearest bank to update my address. This is my permanent address and I am staying in this address since 22 years. DS

All round service. I've had two separate interactions, first - picking up a courier and second - sending a parcel. Picking up: Upon sharing the details/AWB they brought out the package, verified and took a scan of my ID proof to confirm I was the intended recipient and handed it over without much hassle. Sending a parcel: After a failed experience with India Post and DTDC, former not allowing me to parcel the items I was sending due to archaic rules and the latter promising a delivery date of slower than 10 days. Bluedart courier service being mostly through Air, they charge higher than most, yet quick and seamless delivery. The receptionist took the items, weighed them in front of me and packed them then and there, asked me to fill a simple form with addresses and declare value of the goods and processed it all within 10 minutes. I received a message soon after the booking was done and the package was delivered in 3 days and a message was sent then also. Overall: The office is well maintained and the staff is l mannered and keeps the patrons experience in high regard.
