One of the biggest problem with this service is they take days to deliver your courier even when it has reached the destination.. I don't know what's wrong with them but it's been 2 times when I literally had to go n take my courier myself because it's been 2 days since they were keeping it for no good cause. I appreciate the service of bluedart countrywide that they really ship at the earliest n it is one of the fastest but the delivery at this location is so delayed...kindly improve

They never pick up their phone and even if they do, they won't talk to you properly and try to cut the call as soon as possible. Worst level of Non cooperative and unprofessional behaviour at display.
