All above reviews are very correct. No one tries to deliver the package. Not even trying to call customers to inform their location. Just sit in office and update as wrong address or any some other reason and return the product. Very worst courier. If they are not deliver to door step, at least they have to inform through phone call. Otherwise they mentioned the same statement when booking the courier itself. But no information they are providing. Pls don't book courier with them.

Worst experience in life time ,i got call from the delevery agent on 25 th dec that to he was not on my door step or not atleast near to my address or Street, he just said a land mark where he is standing , so i have requested him to wait for 5 minutes so that I can collect my product,his reply was come soon because this a holiday also i reached the landmark he said with in 2 to 3 minutes and called him he said i have moved from the place and I just saw your order details it was updated as delivery date as 26th dec so you will get on 26 th dec is that Blue dart is forcing employees to work on the week offs or employees are not interested to deliver the product at door sept. And attitude by the delivery agent was like he is going to give me the product for free or he is going to pay for it. End of the day customer gets affected and also i did not received any calls form the delevery agent post that but when am tracking the order I was updated as no such consignee at the given address 😒 Note this is second time have issues in delevery from blue dart........ Do we have a option to give minus 5 stars as a rating

Worst courier office. They didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel but directly updated the status as Address not locatable. They didn't even bother to call me once if they really had trouble finding the location. Why do you even have the office just to receive the courier, keep it for few days and resend back to the source. Pathetic.

I could give a negative rating if google has that option. Very poor customer service. I'm not sure why they are not ready to make calls to customers before updating status. I'm getting tired of trying to contact customer care support every time. Recommend people to go with any other partners if you have a choice.

Service is quite poor, They could call the customer to get the location instead of simply updating their portal as location unknown and keep the parcel in hold. The next day also they don't take my initiative on contacting the consignee to deliver the product. I chased the head office multiple times and got the delivery center number. They even don't pic the calla. I had to make more than 10 calls nd they respond us to come nd collect since the delivery person is on leave. I went to collect the product by my own. Service ha to be improved

When checked with agent, they said lot of shipments and hence unable to deliver the shipment and they mentioned as "consignee not available". This is how blue dart works?
