Hated every second there(@Bikaner) . One staffand incharge was very rude and providing the service. Parcel was supposed to be delivered to house but he told that he won't. He also asked us to help unload from truck too. Later in evening another staff helped us in sorting out the problem. Those who r working there are very confused and unqualified. Paid 7.5k for delivery in promise that they will deliver to that address which because of laziness of the staff there didn't.

Bluedart Pondicherry is very worst service. No one pick up the phone. One of my courier held up in last one week with them. An online tracking shows, Shifted From The Given Address. It was absolutely wrong.

Every time I receive a parcel via bluedart without attempting to deliver they will say consignee not available and ask for reschedule. They will deliver on the next or day after. I don't know why it's happening all the time. Not sure will they get extra commission when they do multiple attempts
