Worst service by Flipkart and Ecart. As others have mentioned i also faced the same issue this time. This is the first time i am regretting of purchasing from flipkart. My order is at the nearest hub since 4 days. Everyday it shows out for delivery and it is not getting delivered by eod.. Again rescheduling to next day.. This is continuing till now. What ever delivery executive number its showing is always busy or not reachable, which is some sort of scam

Product received in Good condition but Delivery services are worst. Behaviour of Delivery agent is rude. He doesn't know how to talk with customers. My order got delayed because of his mistake. You Should give proper training of how to deal with the customers, otherwise shut your business.

Worst, I was delivered a wrong product other than the product which I had ordered and was delivered without the cover only a close box was delivered in morning 10.30 saying that OTP is not coming so we will require this cover and at 3.37pm I received a msg that my product was refused and returned back. This is fraud. You need to rectify this or else I wi have to lodge a complain in consumer court against you.

If you visit this place, staff will be polite and will be very helpful but If you are visiting this place then it must be because your product was not delivered 😁. I had a very bad experience because they did not deliver the product and after showing out for delivery for 3 days, later it was cancelled. And after ordering the same product I missed out on big offers. So if your product is showing out for delevery then it's not guarantee that it will be delivered.
