My parcel is with them from 3 days.They are not even trying to communicate and simply sending msg unavailability of adress.Even though it's right adress which I have been using from 6 years.. iam still updating adress but still no call or any sort of communication. Very bad courier service

I'm giving this Two star only for the way they have handled the customers at their office. Firstly, The Location is wrong. The office is behind the Ambedkar Statue. Second, I have reached out to the numbers somehow since they are not responding to the Mentioned telephone Number to Take my parcel from the office because it's very important and needed earlier than they deliver. Then i told to their representative who failed to tell it to their agent and provided me with the Delivery Agent number. The Office Reception and the way they took calls was good. What i hate the most, is the attitude of the Delivery Agent. When I called him, he has been so rude to me. Later somehow got it delivered at my place. Everything is good about their service but always remember your Delivery Agents represent your company. If this happens then no one will be invested into your Courier service even if the office/customer service is good but if you have delivery agents like this. (22/12/2022)

Worst delivery service only in the state of AndhraPradesh - Visakhapatnam BRANCH - NAD. Here the delivery partners are very lazy to deliver your shipments. They update fake remarks as premises is closed , consignee is not available without evening calling the customer. By updating these fake remarks on shipment status you have move from your place and reach their warehouse to collect it being scared of the shipment being returned because of these lazy employees. I still wonder if their center manager of whosoever is looking into these ratings over google and train their employees or he himself is another lazy one.

Bluedart really needs to consider placing the food packets separately. I have ordered some sweets and the package been damaged at the Bluedart centre. They said it’s been eaten by the rats. Bluedart should not encourage these kinda acts

This office is like very everything gets delayed they say one thing but that doesn't happen in reality this is my second time facing issue with delivery service and they don't contact me when they attempt a delivery which is very disappointing

My credit card supposedly to come yesterday but not delivered i don't know what they r doing with it. On tracking it is written consignee not available but truth is Im available and till now no contact from bluedart got a msg to reschedule but it's not working. On calling cc saying sorry network is congestible. Poor service from nad bluedart . Without calling how can one know delivery guy is coming i think delivery boy have some work so he did like that,, i want to give 0 stars but no chance....pooooooor service

This is the Wort Blue dart service. Never order anything if their Courier service is from Bluedart. Never send anything or receive from bluedart. they misplace products and they just play with customers. they dont send your products at all. They just play with your emotions. Everyday Products is Out for delivery. But no one will call you at the end of the day they say customer is not available. they do this same for some days till you vexed up. this happened many times with me. Not only single time. They cheat customers

Had bad experience to courier electronic items, they told put in packing, after few hrs went again with the electronic items fully packed from outside. They inspected the pkg and told packing not done properly, hence cannot ship the item. My concern is that when the packing is not accepted from outside, why they instruct us to have packing from outside, our sincere request to carry out pkg of items by themselves, so that should not have issues.

My parcel delivery date was 20th January, on 19th January parcel reached to the centre.. still 22rd January, 2022 passed no delivery initiated. When I reached on 21st and 22nd January they don't find my parcel and saying it was losted at their office. They casually ignoring my issue and telling if it is found later they will send me... may be This was joke for them . But for me it was serious issue. 1st of all learn professionalism. But the manager is very humble person and keep politeness to the customer
