It's been 4 different orders that they haven't delivered to me. Worst service by any courier service company ever. They call and scare customers by saying 'come to pickup the order or we will send back'. Have contacted their customer care, registered complaints of no-delivery attempt but to no use. All they say is 'dont worry we have escalated your complaint, be assured we will get your parcel delivered'. Brand companies use their service for delivery and this is how they deliver. Pathetic service and pathetic customer care. Will try to register a complaint with Bluedart head office and also with brand companies so as not to deliver orders through bluedart.
