E-karet is one of the worst courier service. we have purchased gift articles from flipkart for some special occasion and the parcel has reached the location but no delivery is given. The occasin has been clelbrated without the gift article. there is no customer care number to contact for ekart, rajahmundry. the delivery boys simply avoids delivery in time and delivers as and when they feel to delilver. Flipkart always sends the articles throuhg ekart only. too worst .

In hyd or bangalore the delivery was too good and will be on exact time. But in rajahmundry they delay the delivery for weeks. They have to improve a lot , there wont be any proper information shared atleast like when can we expect the delivery or delivery contact person. Never going to order through flipkart again as my experience is really bad and I had to purchase everything on last min as they failed to deliver on time.

Asked for a return of a Flipkart item which was accepted. Ekart sent a message that it will be picked up on 08.03.22 but didn't turn up. There's an sms in the evening that pickup unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances. Then on 9th at 843pm there was a message that item will be picked up before 7pm. The person didn't turn up but I got a message at 1115pm that item was rejected (damaged product). This I consider to be preposterous and a shameful way of treating customers.
