The maintenance & neatness is good. I went to send a speed post which is a letter to my brother who's in Hyderabad. It cost me of ₹400, and we can track it by ourselves in the Blue dart website. But the courier is not fast as expected, it took more than 1day. I dissapointed about the website it's not accurate.

Response is good if you directly visit there, no phone communication. They wont pack the product if you are sending delivery, packing you need take care. They just add a printed paper on top of your shipment and send out.
