worstest worst place staff doesn't have manners how to speak with customer even with employees there working for them and parcel gets cancelled by delivery executive without customer permission. Hmm...In the previous review I mention about ekart work and while working with them experience and when I left ekart and join another work in Ecom express I found a big difference by comparing both or any other courier company ekart has Flipkart parcels and performance is better maybe bcoz of single ecommerce duty of Flipkart and some more like Myntra

Package has been with them before the delivery date (2-3 days) and yet they'd wait till delivery date to delivery it. No contact numbers available online - not even with flipkart itself. The package was drenched in water when asked why? Rep only ignored my words and kept his head low as if he knew "why fret hes gonna take it anyways"
