Troublesome experience. I had to receive my scorecard on 25th may, I called the customer care twice and no action was taken despite informing them how urgent the document was! It is already a week late and I still did not receive any call from their end. Calling the Palwal branch (since the blue dart website displayed that my document is held at Palwal), they told me to contact the Jharsaintli branch because the Palwal branch doesn't deal with the area! Great confusion!
