My ordered item was tracked and shown it was in blue dart yesterday and got a msg out for delivery…. Till night I didn’t get at least a call ….. such an irresponsible people…. Most of the time same …. We have to pick the items from their office always as they have so many reasons for not delivering to our door steps…. #Dealers please avoid this kind of delivery services for better business….

Had a very very bad experience with Bluedart KTR. They returned the product without making an attempt to deliver it. No call, no messages. What's wrong with these guys? Why would you return a product instead of delivering it. Is it not your job as courier service to deliver the product to the customer? Atleast make an effort to call the customer before returning the product to the shipper.

Usually courier means deliver a package or documents at your home or office by a delivery boy. But at Blue dart KTRA, these guys calls and ask to pickup from their office which is bit difficult for the customers those who are out of station. This branch is the only one which doesn't deliver the shipments/docs at door step.

Disappointed with the services offered by this office. Did not deliver my parcel for 3 days even when it was clearly mentioned that it's a perishable item. I kept on recieving the delivery message from blue dart for 3 days saying it will be delivered today, But then no communication from the delivery team. I finally had to go to the office to pick my parcel on 3rd day. When I asked the reason for delay, they say that the address was not clear, the number was not reachable and all other lame excuses. The final reason they gave me was that they do not have enough Saff to handle the Load. Why a customer should be bothered about their staffing crunch. The fun part is, I was regularly calling the blue dart customer care and they kept on saying that they have notified and escalated the issue to the delivery team and it willl be delivered by EOD, the escalation has no priority it seems. Blue Dart it's a black mark on you for having such a office with poor customer service. Do not ruin your reputation.

Courier status shows out for delivery everyday, but never received a call or the courier. No numbers working to call them and enquire. It's been more than 10 days the courier was shipped and we've never received it.. Worst courier service in kottarakara.
