Worst courier service I've ever experienced.their service is very slow,late as well as sometimes package doesn't get delivered at your marked place which is easily available on maps also. they are irresponsible their staff is arrogant and does not have sense to handle or talk in a polite manner .their staff does not have basic atticates to talk and does not know how to manage workload . Team needs more training to handle customers , Bluedart should coach and train and invest in the staff more. The company need to provide better incentives to staff such that they can be really more committed . Diljeet was helpful, but if they don’t have proper veichles to deliever even some rain will delay consignments. Regards

Parcel/Courier service in sonipat. You can drop your parcel here directly. All the nearby substations send their corrier here as all the courier are carried away from this point. The cost of the courier service would depend on the weight and the medium of shipment. It's a prepaid service and you can pay either in cash or online through UPI. There is only one thing to be upgraded or to be considered is the way they handle the parcel.

A request to the Govt. agencies and copanies not to choose Blue dart for bulk delivery. They kept a courier with them for over a month. The owner of the franchise says he has been spending a lot on employees. thankfully the courier packet was found after an hour of search from the office only. At least they did not throw it away. Disgusting and frustrating service. They take it for granted that finally people will come to collect their courier.
