Worst experience , they did not even try to deliver my item, no call or updates just updated consignee not available while i was here whole day. Consignment was out for delivery at 04:30pm and by 08:01pm they updated "consignee not available"while i was in the delivery location until 10:00Pm.Blue dart is getting lethargic thinking they are leaders in market .If this is way you are gonna do stuffs people can throw you out of business too.

I Ordered one Product since 2nd September 2022. Now(14-09-2022). I check the status they mentioned "Consignee Not Available". Actually nobody contact me. till I did not get any product yet.

Don't even think of going to this centre for the courier service. I experienced very bad customer service from their side. they won't even try to take your parcel also they will ask us to go to another office that is in ayyanthole.

Worst experience I have faced with bluedart. My delivery product has reached in kanimangalam on 28th and today is 31st.and they haven't delivered the product. Also, they blocked my number. Pure unprofessionalism
