Blue dart is the worst courier service in India. They don't call the number and return the courier back saying the address is non-serviceable. What is the point in asking for a phone number if you intend not to deliver. I lost rs.50k on flight booking because they did not deliver my visa on time. Companies should stop using this bad service.

Pathetic conditions for parcel handling. No space for parking. Doesn't accept laptop package. Looks like Blue dart doesn't care about the comfort of customers coming to their office. This company is good for receiving parcel at your doorstep, but if you have to go to their office to send a parcel, then its a terrible experience.

As everyone knows, blue dart is one of the most trusted domestic courier service in india. This office was the final delivery hub. it's not a well organised office, but the attitude of the staff is nice. At the delivery time, my office was shifted, so they can't deliver the order, that's ok for me. But they not even make single call to my number. That's why I cut the rating to 3 star. Other wise my office experience was nice.

Fast and quick. The only thing which is a draw point is if you're going to drop or pick up. It's placed at a corner or a junction, so car parking is a bit of a Hassel apart from that go for it

I was supposed to recieve my package on the 9th of september, today is 12th september no one called no nothing. I there it said that wrong address. Then how come i got 1 other package for. Blue Dart last month on the same address?
