This female is absolutely a fraud. Always overcharging the customers. In the past also she refuses to show the courier rate cards to the customers. Not only she’s rude but charges inaccurately. For something not even weighing 700gms she was charging the rate of 1.5 times. Pls stay away if you want to not get fooled. I don’t know what is she being told by her manager that she does this maybe she gets a huge cut in every courier she does. Fraud alert!

FRAUD FRAUD The lady at reception is a fraud. My courier was weighing 0.6 even after rounding it to 1 kg the rate was not 900.. when asked for the rate card it .. she took 5 mins and the rate card showed 900 for 1.5 kg.. charging me 3 times .. on top of it saying don’t click the picture of rate card..FRAUD.. FRAUD.. The same i couriered for 250 rupees. I am not saying don’t trust #bluedart.. but don’t risk your self with the fraud lady at bund garden branch
