To be honest,it was very bad experience today.I have had to waste my whole day looking for sxr airport bluedart centre located at baghat.They didn't delivered my courier on time, delay caused beyond our control.I went to their office myself and recieved the parcel by myself,and yeah do not try to find contact numbers on google,so many fraud contacts are there on google,i even had to check with a spammer,he was telling me to download anidesk so that he could remotely access my device, hopefully i was aware of it.

Worst carrier service ever. My parcel was supposed to get delivered on 7th and it's 14th today i still haven't received my Parcel. Everytime i call the customer service they tell me to wait for the delivery it will be delivered today but nothing happens and the tracking changes itself to consignee not available when i don't even get a call from the delivery agent.

This is the worst courier service in Srinagar. Undoubtedly. Their blatant disregard for other's people's time is just disappointing. They don't care, you keep calling their office they'll never answer. You keep calling Blue Dart customer service, nothing will be done. Everytime a shipment is to arrive from bluedart, my heart skips a beat. Its scary to think of the long hard road thats gonna follow for me to get my parcel. I think they should just shut down now and stop bothering us.

The contact number provided by the company at Srinagar location is not a working number and Nobody answered the call on working numbers , this is completely unprofessional way of handling the business and zero customer satisfaction, i ve been told since two days about my delivery is at nearby locations and not yet delivered. They should wind up this courier service and Start some long time talking stuff. Completely disappointed with the overall service.
