Their office actually opens 9-11am only, and they all have to leave for last-mile delivery. They often reschedule the delivery without contacting us by marking "Address Unlocatable". It's better to track the order and contact them when it's reached at their end. The agent says they will receive around 150 packages daily, but only ~35 will be delivered. You should expect the package will held at this office for at least 5 days

My product has been here for two days, they didn't contacted me. And msg shows its undelivered due to contact problem. Wth this people didn't even try to contact to the given number. And they are keeping my product that I already paid. I'm gonna wait for one more day, then I'm gonna file complaint in customer court.

Actually blue dart has not provided sufficient delivery guys but the person there was helpful and tried to hand over the package by attending the calls and blue dart must really check each of their courier services wether it is working properly and all.

Attitude of staff is very bad. Delivery is always late. To delay delivery they are updating incorrect details in the website. My consignment reached their office on 27/09/2018. My office is only 6km from theirs but they delivered it on 03/10/2018.
