Such a pathetic. Doesn't even call the customer if the parcel arrives and cancel the parcel as per their wish. People don't trust this courier service. Dtdc is the best instead. My four parcels are returned without calling me me. This is just ridiculous.

Never lets the costumer know that the parcel has arrived. We all know that courier facilities like these aren’t available at all places in the state so risk on the delivery option at Rangpo thinking that we’ll take it ourself from there. It’s so frustrating that they never call or notify by any means that the parcel has arrived. We don’t want them to deliver every corner of the state but least they can do is call the customer so they can come and pick it themselves.

Worse service provider .they never pick the phone neither contact the customer and return the goods saying that consignee was unavailable. My address is the center of the town and one of the famous place and open 365 days a years!!!!
