The Navelim outlet is opened between 0900-1800 HRS. The staff are extremely friendly. I almost always miss my slot with the delivery agent, the in store staff are more than helpful with any query.

The person I spoke to was very friendly and professional. He asked me the value of my package and weighed it. He immediately told me the cost to courier my package. Unfortunately they do not accept card/online payments so I had to go to a nearby ATM for cash withdrawal. It was a little expensive. The parcel will be delivered from Goa to Gurgaon within a week.

They cant locate a simple address barely over a km away from their location. One which has a prominant landmark. Address unlocatable within 4 min from being out for delivery. Good enough to know no attempt was made for delivery.
