Worst service. They ask to collect parcel from office else return back saying address not found. Days are not far when you will loose business. Request everyone to write again this office to regional office New Delhi. We are deprived of bluedart service due to bunch of this stupids.

The positive reviews are FAKE and the service of this office sucks. The staff takes salary and everything but does not deliver the parcel to the proper address. On saying that official compliant will be filled they say "ki jo karna hai karlo". The staff there is so arrogant to refuse the delivery attempt and asked me to come to their office and collect the parcel because the delivery guy isn't in a mood to deliver parcels individually. further he said that if he finds some work towards the delivery area he might attemt the delivery in a week or so. Is this a joke ?? People trust bluedart for speed and consistency in the service they provide, but such small town unattended offices are a shame to the company's name. customer satisfaction is 0 here.

Worst service.. they call the customet to collect order from there office and give lame excuses like we can't come at your place for just one order and show your order delivered. I contacted the customer care multiple times but they didn't take much action on this local vendor. I recommended to avoid this or report this. They run a scam, takes money from the company, but didn't deliver at your place.
