Pathetic service. It is supposed to be given 1 star or even -ve staring. For the second day these idiots were marked as "Consignee'S Address Unlocatable/Landmark". Actually on the second day twice i called blue dart customer care and talked about my concern, I gave additional information about my address and they told the concerned delivery office/ delivery partner would call me. And the fact is nobody called and simply marked the same thing. Even though I made two calls to the customer care and reported the issue nobody addressed my issue. Fed up with these lazy fellows. Better let them shutdown their business so somebody can survive from their trap. I recommend Blue Dart should take action against this office.
