They will never contact you. If you want your package on time track your package to reach this hub then it will show delay due to beyond control then you have to collect from there. The surprising fact is the customer care team is not going to give you any contact number. The location is near the RTO office Kattayikonam just opposite the prakriti Auditorium.

Why is bluedart not dealing with these guys. If it is a sub agency how is it that blue dart has not read the negetive reviews. I have been waiting for my shipment. It just keeps hybernating at this pothencode office. Why did blue Darr take up responsibility like priority shipping when they cannot deliver as they promise. Clearly blue dart is cheating individuals and businesses. Noy delivery is delayed by more than 5 days and when I have traveled to their office after driving 70+kms they are shut.

Pathetic service. Unfortunately there is no option for giving zero stars or negative ratings. Actually my shipment has arrived on trivandrum may 6th itself and it reached the particular office on 7th. From 7th onwards I used to call customer care at least 3-4 times in a day to get my package delivered. Even though it is not delivered to me. Later on 9th I went to the office and collected the packet. I just asked the fellow available there regarding the delivery and he was just smiling. For these days they were simply updating that flood and other natural disasters. Better let them close the office. I don't for what purpose they are opening the office just to irritate the customers. And coming to customer care they have no responsibility for the package, they will simply tell that they will make sure it is delivered by the day itself and nothing happens. Also please don't get confused with the location. It is not located in Pothencode. It is located near the RTO office Kattaikonam.

Vey pathetic service. I was expecting a courier on 5th may and I got message from bluedart that a shipment is arriving but no one contacted me. On 8th may I checked on their site and see they have held the courier as they are unable to find the address. They dont even try to call the customer once. They just update the as address issue or incomplete address or any other reason and hold the courier for some days and resent back to. They are least bothered to deliver the product and this is not the first time. Better to go and collect the courier if you really need else most probably you courier wont reach you they will resent back.

Very unsatisfactory service Blue Dart courier service at Kattayikonam. Though one package for delivery was held by them for four days it was not delivered with assurances of delivery afternoon or next day morning. On the 4th day after ascertaining that the package is there when I went for taking delivery after so much search (a matter of drama) they told me that the parcel was redirected to mini hub for onward transmission to Kaniyapuram branch. Next day it was by delivered by Kaniyapuram Branch. It is very pity to note at the destination point the Blue Dart takes so much time showing scant regard for customer service.

Average service. All the time I have to go and pick it directly from their distribution office. Not very friendly. The one at Ulloor is pathetic, they send your bid parcels in two wheelers. The agents are literally doing circus with that kind of parcels. They only start distribution by noon. Until then they will be sorting all the stuffs and arranging. So expect the deliveries afternoon only.

They called and asked about my location and I told everything in detail ... Their behaviour towards customer were extremely rude . I have clearly wrote about my address with a landmark too at the time of purchasing and also said about the address very clearly when they called . They ended the call arrogantly by saying that your mentioning is not proper at the time of purchasing and they will reach in half hour even though that man was half a kilometer away from me . After 5 minutes I recieved a message from bluedart " consingee is out of station" !! How pathetic the situation is !!! Why should they run the company with such irresponsible employees .

Overall rating of 1.8 tells the whole story. Such pathetic is their service. They will not try to contact the person and they will mention that landmark was not locatable. If you contact their customer care, they will say they don't have service centres phone number. What sort of customer care is this. When I look at other blue dart offices, its the same very low rating.
