I had 3 shipments via Blue Dart. I did not receive a single product home delivery. Now there was a pick up from a product house and they called me and asked if I would bring the product to their office. When I asked the reason, the sir who spoke on the phone conducted a seminar on Pincode.

Very bad experience. They didn't deliver any parcels. They just call the customers to their office. Like going to purchase anything from shops. Me got ATM cards from different banks many times within 6 or 7 years. But they didn't deliver at any times eventhough my location is in a small town junction. Very bad experience all times.
