Almost every review is 1 star. I had my courier from bank and its lying 1 week with bluedart and everyday I keep getting the sms, that your package is arriving TODAY. I had made several complaints and written email, they dont seem to take responsibility. BLue Dart means Waste, nobody to take responsibility. I would suggest Ecom Express, the top class delivery on date or before date.

I've made many complaints to bluedart regarding this particular Gummidipoondi branch,They take complaints from us,But there won't be any action... This branch is worst one I've ever seen,These guys will ruin the image created by bluedart... After a couple of incidents,I shifted to other courier service.

Very irresponsible work culture in this branch. They don’t go to the address for delivery until the registered phone gets answered otherwise. If the phone not answered they will return the mail. There could be many reasons for not answering the phone. Y can’t this idiots go to address for delivery????
