I would like to place on record the very lackadaisical attitude of the staff of Blue Dart Courier Service in Ferozepur....Blue Dart shares a mobile number of a courier who is delegated to deliver my order and when you call him, he either feigns ignorance or diverts you to another number......inspite of repeated calls and requests, the courier is in no way insterested in delivering my order....he keeps cancelling the days delivery with pretentious reasons to the online shopping agency, who in turn give me reasons like "customer denied delivery" and " your address is untraceable".... being in a place like Ferozepur, no area is unaccessible.....the same complaint is being taken up with bluedart heirarchy....show a little Respect and professional courtesy to the delivery giant you are working for guys....

Worst experience. Delivery of fastag delayed by just 10 days. Totally unprofessional... On the other hand DTDC delivers within 24 hours of receipt of consignment at their office. Please ask Paytm not to hand over fastag delivery to you on moral grounds. It would be in the interest of general consumers.
