Without any prior info or notification, delivery for my consignment was 'delayed' yesterday i.e. 20th Dec, 2021. Today, the 21st of Dec 2021, I got a message citing that I would get my product today. At around 5:21 p.m., I got 2 calls from an unknown number, hung up so quickly I did not even have time to pick up the call. After 5 minutes, I suspected that it might me from Blue Dart. I called the number back, only to get it rejected twice. A few seconds later, I got a message from the same saying they regret the inconvenience and delivery will be done the day after. 2 days late as of now. I am giving 1 star rating for this confusing 'inconvenience'.

As far as i could know, i faced some problems in getting my products late but i have no much complain about it. I think they are doing quite well in customer service. Staffs are also quite polite and responsive.

One of the worst delivery point in aizawl, never contacted me over phone and send messages that delivery address could not be traced so undelivered. So ridiculous. This is not the first time always and whenever send via blue dart same problem was faced. needs to be looked after by the blue dart. Moreover, the customer care no. also not working, don't know what kind of service is delivering by the so called renowned company.

Bad customer service and unfriendly staff at BLUE DART Aizawl. My package reached Aizawl on time but they make the delivery pending besides they do not contact me in the number provided on my shipment. I was never contacted by them and need to pick up package by myself and the staff are not so professional regarding International package and customs duty. And I need to find out the location by myself and pick up package while we paid for doorstep delivery. One of the worst courier in Aizawl.

Bluedart Aizawl is one of the Worst private couriers. Worst services, never contacted the customer. "Consignee requested furture delivery/adress is insufficient,landmark needed", this is the only thing they always do. Also,Bluedart HQ customer care number is busy all the time and cannot be called through mobile.
