They don't deserve even one star. Bluedart orai is the most pathetic courier service I've ever encountered. These people don't even want to move from their place. False delivery marking, Rejecting delivery with false claims, forcing customers to visit their office to collect their packages or else denying the service. These are very few of too many issues with these guys.

He want everyone to come and Collect parcel from his home. He doesn't have delivery agent for delivery. Single guy handling all the things. Worse service. Not professional. If you go to his office to collect parcel he will say that he doesn't have parcel or make excuse that he is not in his office and come later to collect parcel.

Need to improve there staff service.. My friends order was showing out for delivery but it didn't come..next dsy same it was showing.. So to check we called the blue dart office but no one responded.. So we directly went to the blue dart offc ,near to our place.and when we asked for the order it was kept there only.. Nd it was shoeing out fir delivery.. On asking the reason for this they were giving excuses. Even we mentioned that it is very important parcel.. Do let us know the status.. But no response
