The customer care team doesn't know how to talk with customer. They speak as if customer had commited a crime by calling them and it's customers fault that they have used their service and now call them every now and then and don't rely on their tracking website. It's totally fine I the parcel is not delivered after 6 days even the proposed date given by them. It was so humiliating while I talked with their executive. The lady spoke as if an illiterate person is on the call. I really wanted to record their call and register a complaint against the company.
