One of the worst Blue-dart office I ever saw. They always wants me to pick the courier from their office and they refuse to deliver at my home. My recent order is a heavy object and Blue-dart head office update me that they will deliver at home. Now the Manjeri office refused to deliver and I need to spend 1000 rs extra on vehicle to pick. Such a bad service.If I ask about it, these guys didnt help me as a customer. They are earning some extra bucks by reducing delivery. Which should be the delivery service ideally do.

Good office and parking lot. But I had a bad experience from there that they wouldn't deliver things as door to door, we should go there and get it. I went there with my friend to receive his Visa stamped passport, when we receive the parcel the staff were started asking unnecessary questions like where you going? Why you going there?, Then we feel uncomfortable and gave a good advice to them.
