Very worst service ekart tirur sector. I booked a product from myntra via ekart they marked as delivered when I checked with my delivery point nothing is delivered yet I tried on ekart delivery person contact number they were not picking up the call!!! I cancelled the whole order and initiated refund the present fourth day they threw the product at my door and drived away !! Atleast give training for your employees to deal with customer or find to solution to keep up the minimum docoram..!!! Bad experience give them 0 star ⭐

Worst place ever. Want to give 0 stars. Purchased a laptop from flipkart on exchange. The laptop reached the hub on the exact time. But these unprofessional people delivered it 5 days later and during delivery said if exchange is there, technician has to come and again it will take 2 days. No value for the customer at all. Poor Service.They have no idea to how to sort the couturiers clearly. They are putting all Courior boxes randomly. So when a customer comes they are starting to search from a 100s of boxes. It makes customer to wait a long. Poor Co-Ordination. Also this place is difficult to find out.

WORST EVER DELIVERY/COURIER SERVICE IN TIRUR. I don't have the stand that every ekart/other courier service should do home delivery. But when it is offering at the time of booking , the word should be promised. Moreover my product stood stand at their office without any notifications for one and half day.They didn't called me even after I received the message showing that my order was out for delivery . I contacted them and they asked to came to pick it.There were irresponsible boys ( i will say kids, because people dealing with such activities should have some maturity, moreover responsibility to the customer) .It's not a single opinion. Most of the people whom I know had had the same experience there. I don't know why flipkart/ ekart providing franchisee to such people. I don't have option to mark zero stars above.Still I am unable to express my experience IN MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT because they didn't marked that my order have delivered. VERY SLOW AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. we can't do anything.If I had an option to select the carrier, i would have definitely avoided them
