Service is very fast. As this is the official courier partner of Flipkart they work fast to satisfy customers. I have also got experience of this. They are working hard. But on a single experience I got worst Service. Only courier boys are not there to deliver. Some cases if a senior also work like them then the business growth works. But seniors are very much VIP in doing courier boys works still a customer comes to office for self collect. Change this attitude. Otherwise company will be there but you will be ruined.

Very Bad Service, I get a out of delivery message on date 13th August 2018 and a call from delivery boy on 14th august, he give me delivery time 4pm but not come, again on next day give me another time 2.30pm but not come, than next day 11.30am not come and give a new time 12.30pm, when I call him, he switched his phone off. I don't know, what type of service they serve us.

Ekart is a good courier & their service are good outside balasore but in bls the location of ekart office is not in a suitable place....their delivery boys are too rude...even they also didn't take calls...if they take it they gave ans as it's a wrong no...so I m disappointed with them too much...
