Worst Customer Service I've ever had. My Parcel was supposed to be delivered on 11 May but the Delivery Agents deliberately delayed it and even though I contacted the Delivery Agent and even requested him to Deliver my Product on 12 May, He refused to do so and even stopped Answering Calls and Messages. Their Charai Hub Office was closed down also.

Worst delivery service provider. They cause unnecessary delays. The order was received at the nearest hub on Sunday early morning at 4:59 am and it’s been two days and no signs of dispatch. They have a non-existent customer service and they’re definitely dragging Flipkart’s reputation through the mud. I’m considering to boycott Flipkart altogether as their in-house delivery service sucks big time.
