Please dont try to pickup the product from office whether its cod or prepaid ,and if they try to call you for pickup the product than make them to deliver the product or call the customer support of flipkart and then they will force the courior service to deliver the product because it happened with me,they told me to pick up and when i went there, and after waiting for 45 min they handed over the product.its very frustrating and bad experience from the ekart service which is from flipkart.
