Note : This review is about the Management staff . It is not about the delivery men .I respect them, they are doing there best . I had the worst experience last week during big billion day sale ,My courier reached purnia on oct 4th but they refuse to deliver the product ,i went to the office twice . Every time they refused to deliver the product .All they did was giving any lame excuse. Finally they took 5 days to deliver my product . Note - The office is now shifted to a new location ,in Maranga,near Bijendra public school .
