How do they work- - Parcels which are to be delivered in this whole region/location are received at this delievery office. - Parcels/items are sorted as per their respective addresses, and area of location and bundled together. - A delievery boy is assigned the task to deliver those items as per the address in a specific area of the location.

I placed my order and then it shows that order will delivered on 24th may.on that day order not delivered. Now showing that 26th may 2020 till order not delivered. So I visited ekart logistics my laptop is received at that office then also they said that only essential will delivered. Then I call customer care they said now non essential also delivered. U will get order. Till order not get. Ekart logistics gives 3rd class service. I really disappointed. Please flipkart don't gives order with ekart try another courier agent. I thing they are making some fraud things. Because I get laptop with too much discount and now price is increased.peoples in that office are very worst. Not any manners.
