Most of their delivery agents are frauds. One guy ran away with the opened package of an electronic item I ordered without delivering it. He was not willing to comply with the checks that were supposed to happen on the product. He was insisting for the OTP and the intention was to run away with it as soon as we gave him the OTP. Nor was he willing to pick up the call so that we could know when he would arrive. It was a pre-paid order. Be careful of such agents from E-kart. It's completely fraudulent. No wonder there are so many complaints against them and the agents.

Never go over here. Very bad customer service. My order was supposed to be delivered on 22nd july and it reached there office by 21st but no one came to deliver it even after 1st August. So i got tired of waiting and visited them but guess what they thought i cancelled my order so they didn't delivered it and even after i showed them confirmation they didn't gave me my order and forced me to cancel my order for real this time
