This is the worst logistics and supply chain company. Worst service. The one thing they're supposed to do, they couldn't. My parcel wasn't picked up for a exchange order neither did they deliver the new one. Then again when I placed return order they again failed to deliver the parcel. Ekart leaves no way to contact them none of their customer service number actually works. Guys, NEVER prefer them.
