Orders are not always on time, even when opted for Express Delivery! Got an SMS before noon that the package will be delivered on that day, got another OTP SMS in the afternoon for the product, contacted the "Ekart Wish Master" whether he will deliver the product by evening or not, he said he could not and will deliver the product the evening of the next day. WTH is that?!

If there was a Zero star i would have given zero but i have to give 1 star. Ekart delivery is so worst it dosent deliver the products on time. Where i have set my delivery timing from 10am to 5pm they dont deliver it on time. Come on we are working people we cant get the parcel anyyime as you wish sometimes we have to wait for the parcel and stop our work for your lame courier

Horrible! Just horrible experience. Very incompetent with other delivery services. Was supposed to get parcel on 23 Sept 2022 and till today (26 Sept 2022) when I called the delivery person says the package is not with him, whereas I am getting that the package is OUT FOR DELIVERY.

Worst experience with the courier. One , the ordered item was not delivered. Secondly, the courier has no contact number. Moreover, helpline number too doesn't work. Will never use this courier ever nor recommend to any other.
