Disgusting service. Your employees such as your crooked drivers, they play smart. They call you and pretend they're unable to find your location while my address is on the main road, not even a byelane or a lane, exactly on the main road. I explained him the address, he said he's coming and after that he stopped answering my calls. I called him like a hundred times. And later at night I get a cancellation message that i cancelled the pick up. These crooked drivers play game and distort your company's image.

They are saying that i have filled a wrong adress so my courier got hold and when i asked how will i unhold so that i can recieve my material then they are saying download this that and wanted to control my mobile ... I want to ask these companies when you have a big setup why dont you hire 2 people for customer care ... I dont know what happened but the caller which i called by searching your number wanted to hack my mobile.

This is just terrible. You failed one-day delivery, did not deliver on the second day either. And now my product is returned without any notice to me. Amazing!

I'm not very satisfying with them. Its been more than 10 days and They have not yet delivered my parcel. Whenever called they say there is heavy load and that's why they are unable to deliver. Very much disappointed.

Worst service ever. Amazon is far far far better in comparison to flipkart ekart guwahati delivery hub. I regret ordering from flipkart and getting delivery from ekart hubs no one is taking action too
