Third-class service I have losses on my product worth RS 4467; I don't know how they did it, but without a pin, they just delivered it; they didn't give me a proof of where they delivered; if you legitimately delivered my goods, give me a proof of that; so never order from Myntra or use Ecart Logistics in the future; it is not recommended. If I do not receive my goods within 7 working days, I will file a complaint against you for committing this fraud.

The delivery person claimed to leave the product at the gate while I was out but on returning there was no delivery and it is impossible to connect. I almost got scammed as well by people who said they were from ekart and tried to take my card details. I still have not recieved the order. Pathetic service. Very disappointing and untrustworthy.

I have ordered 6 kurtis from Flipkart, and I recieved only 3 kurtis. But in my app theEkart delivery agent Maheshkumar, had approved that he has delivered all 6 Kurtis. Which i haven't received. First check how many products has been delivered and then approve it. Also it's on customer whether to keep the product's delivery COD or prepaid. These ekart delivery agents does not have enough money like 10,20,50,100 ruppees. One of the ekart delivery agents told me that if you don't have cod money then why you are selecting cod. A very rude response that was from that delivery agent.

i had place order realme 9 pro 5g at 8 August and today's date is 13 August and and order haven't delivered yet..and everyday Flipkart notify that tomorrow is delivery date and I travel 55km for my phone ..and everyday whenever I riched gandhinagar and wait for whole day and than ekart not delivered my product and when I try to contact ekart customer care than they said your products is delivered within 3 days and now he says your product is dilevered within 17 August... it's verry long time ...9 days ... verry bad service.. i suggest another agency for your package because gandhinagar ekart hub service is verry verry bad ......

Your delivery guy Ronak Chaudhary came to delivery my new mobile & pick up my old mobile in exchange. While inspecting he dropped my phone and broke it's screen. When I said that I am not going to pay the exchange difference as u broke my phone. He started running ( YES He tried to run away) & I caught hold of him. As I caught him he started saying I have less salary, I have kids, blah blah..so I left him. I was at home, imagine if a lady in my house is alone. EKart teach ur staff to be professional or have to treat them the way the deserve.

If you want to purchase some products from online portal and delivery by Ekart Vara, please cancel your order. If you don't have any products, please wait for 5-6 days and check if you have any questions. If you have been using Bluedart for over 100 years, you will not be able to get a 500r perfume bottle at home. Aa maro real experience chhe koi khoti comment no. Pin mismatch thay to bhai 1 call to customer ne karay ne hal ma free j chhe calling.

One of the worst logistic service provides. The shipment stay with them for days and they don't bother to provide any updates. They don't have a contact number on the web so you can't even contact them. And, it's not like they are covering a vast distance, it's a very small city which can be travelled within 20 minutes from one end to the other yet somehow they manage to let the shipment sit in their hum for days. It's always better to buy from Amazon, that way you don't have to deal with this nightmare called EKart.
