I ordered Poco M4 pro 5g from Flipkart , when out for delivery ekart delivery boy tell me i will deliverd tomorrow ,i said ok. But next day not out for delivery and after this day cancel by ekart and submit on Flipkart rejected by customer. Without any call ekart cancel my order .so very bad service Madhupur (jharkhand) Ekart logistics. Due to this Flipkart deduct cancellation charges. And almost 5000₹ increase price. So I totally loss due to this ekart courier service behaviour in my area. #BigScamEkart

As my point of view I can say Ekart service is not as good like other shipment courier have. Ekart are so lame and slow in their shipment but the staff and executive are very friendly and courteous so no problem with that. I hope Ekart will take a note on this and try to fix it ASAP.
