Worst experience ever. I don't know about the overall service but the person sitting there was pyscho who don't even know how to talk. If possible please select different delivery services like delhivery, ecom etc.

Worst service of ekart in this region! I have returned an item which they have collected from my house but soon after the pickup, they cancelled the pickup and now........... neither I am getting refunded by the seller (Myntra) nor the item I have ordered.. These guys literally said that they can't do anything and they are telling us to find the delivery guy (which is next to impossible) Very disappointmented! And from now on I am avoiding it's services

Delivery guy was very rude. Mistake was from their side so instead of correcting it they were showing attitude. We were also asked to leave the office because according to them we were wasting their time. As a customer it's our right to file a complaint regarding any issue and they have to solve it. Guy's name was 'Jaganath Mahto'
