Bad delivery service I have ever seen. It is the second time they have delayed my order. They sent me a message as (We tried reaching you...) But they didn't call me even once. When I tried calling the delivery person he picked my phone and said I will give you your parcel if I have. And he didn't answer my call after that he is just ending my calls every time. And I did not get even a single call from him. Bad experience. Worst delivery service I have ever seen. They have delayed my order for the second time. They sent me messages (we tried to reach you...) but they never called me. When I tried to call the delivery man he picked up my phone and said I will deliver your parcel if I have it. And he didn't respond to my calls after that he is ending my calls every time. And I didn't get a single call from him. bad experience

While ordering on Flipkart it shows delivery by 2PM next day and once you make the payment, the delivery date changes to 3 to 4 days ahead, also as per my past experience Ekart is the worst logistics service provider, I have almost stopped using Flipkart, I always prefer Amazon they have excellent customer support and delivery service.

Worst employee. very very bad. After this will not place orders from flib kart. Because of Ekart services. Delivery person is saying pay on my Google account. Then only will deliver. Or else cancel the order. Were clearly mentioned cash on delivery. Even I have talked to customer care. "He says we are sorry will solve the issue. But give me a good star 🌟" finally product got cancelled. Just because of delivery boy.
