Beware - Always take parcel after confirming your details. A very bad experience I faced here related to false delivery. I got an cod order of someone's else order my mistake as i thought it was my order. But when i realised that the delivery agent is fraud because he delivered kasba area's customer product to me without verifying. I live in purnea which is another pincode. Now they are saying its your mistake. Why you accepted the product its your mistake and refused to help us . The delivery agent was also very rude not cooperating. There is a big fraud going on . I am helpless
